Having our wedding at the Falls was the best decision we could have made!
Karlene as events coordinator made planning painless – she truly is a wedding expert and was there from beginning to end walking us through each step and thinking of every detail.
Everything was extremely organized during the entire planning process, and come the wedding day we were able to be in the moment and enjoy it knowing that everything was well taken care of.
We love the atmosphere of the falls, including the natural beauty surrounding the venue, the private ceremony site, and the beautifully decorated reception pavilion.
The food was also amazing and we received a lot of positive feedback about the quality, in addition to the many options for every dietary need and preference! The staff did a wonderful job and the service was impeccable- Our needs were anticipated and every part of the day flowed seamlessly.
Honestly, if you are like me and feel intimidated about planning a wedding, I highly recommend the Falls! Even with all the unexpected confusion and uncertainty that came with COVID-19 we were confidant knowing that Karlene and the staff at the Falls were doing everything they could to make our day possible by making any necessary changes and accommodations to keep our guests and their staff safe.

Jody Duval, the Events Manager, did all that she could to help ensure our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of, which it was!!! The banquet staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the chef went above and beyond to fulfill a special request at the last minute!

“Amazing food, venue space, and coordinator through The Falls Golf Course!
The food was to die for. We opted to make a blended menu combining a few items from two different levels of menus, and they were extremely accommodating to this. Every guest could not stop raving about the food afterwards. If you get married here, get the mushroom ravioli. Just do it. They had special seasonal drink options that were delicious, and the desserts served at the end of the night were fantastic
When you choose The Falls as your wedding destination, you actually get a coordinator with the package. Karlene was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was prompt with communication, there was no such thing as too many questions for her, and was extremely accommodating with everything I wanted or asked for.”

“Absolute Gem of a Venue!
We got married April 29, 2018, in their brand new outside venue space, a gorgeous building with glass wall overlooking the Fraser Valley. We couldn’t have been happier with how our reception went, and the entire process from start to finish was wonderful!
From the day we met Karlene to view the venue right through to after our wedding, she was helpful, accommodating, efficient, punctual, and very warm and welcoming. She kept me (a very busy and over-whelmed bride) on track. I never thought I would need a day-of coordinator, but I am extremely grateful that we had Karlene!
Our wedding day went smoothly, as Karlene managed all the vendors and family help, kept everyone on time and everything flowing so that my husband and I didn’t need to think about a thing. The venue was incredibly beautiful and so perfect for an April evening.
The Falls staff were all super friendly and efficient, took care of everyone, and managed everything without being intrusive at all, even when the weather caused minor issues. All of our guests raved about the food, service and the space, with many saying that it was the best wedding buffet they had ever tasted. We are grateful to everyone at The Falls for making our wedding such a memorable and lovely day!“

“We celebrated our wedding at the Falls this summer and it could not have been better. The venue is stunning. It is beautifully kept and offers striking views across the valley. The outlook and lawn area were perfect for the outdoor ceremony and for guests to enjoy afterwards. The reception marquee was also ideal. It was spacious and comfortably accommodated our 125 guests.
We were delighted with the food and service during the whole event. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it.The Falls staff were excellent – friendly, helpful and accommodating. In particular, Karlene, the Falls event manager was amazing. She was friendly and genuine with both with my wife and I and our families and guests. She went above and beyond what was expected with every detail on the day and for the wedding rehearsal. Karlene not only ensured the day ran smoothly but also that both my wife and I and our guests had the most enjoyable day possible.
Overall, we could not recommend the Falls more highly as a wedding venue. Every aspect made for a day full of wonderful memories for us and we are very glad we chose to celebrate our wedding day there.

“Our wedding at The Falls Golf Club was beyond what we imagined the day to be.
Planning a wedding is stressful in many ways, however, on the day of, we were stress free. Karlene and her team stepped in to make sure ourselves and our guests were having a good time. From the second we arrived to the venue, Karlene was there waiting for us, providing us with positive support. It was reassuring to know that our special day was in good hands. The food was delicious, everyone was raving about our buffet dinner.
The Falls was flexible with the menu items we wanted to switch out, from the original menu. The venue was beautiful on the day of, despite the unfortunate smokey air blocking out the mountain view. A beautiful, elegant, unique bridal room was created in time for our wedding day. As a bride, it was a perfect space for me to go take time to freshen up and eagerly wait before heading down the aisle!
I would recommend Karlene at The Falls, she did a great job at stepping into a coordinator role last minute and making sure our day was a positive memory.”

“My husband and I got married at the Falls four weeks ago, and it was absolutely perfect! Everything came together so much better than we could have imagined.
As the evening before was free, Karlene was able to get us in to set up decor rather than rushing to set up the morning of!
We could not have been happier that Karlene took the coordinator position – she was super friendly and extremely helpful through the whole process, and I don’t think I ever saw her stop moving all evening. If she wasn’t checking in on us or our guests personally, then she was hands on with helping her staff set out food, clear plates, refill water jugs…you name it!
The venue is absolutely gorgeous both inside the reception room and out on the course for photos. We could not have been happier to choose this venue!”

50th Birthday Party – The Falls Golf Club comes through in the clutch!
We could not be more thrilled with the experience we had with the Falls! Last minute our planned venue fell through so we contacted the Falls to see if they could accommodate a 50th birthday party. We received a reply to our initial email within 20 minutes assuring us that they could make our party happen.
All through the planning process, Karlene stayed on top of all our questions and special needs and made every effort to accommodate our thoughts and special requirements. The venue was perfect for our needs and the meal was as good as promised. The kitchen staff as well as our servers were great and really looked to make our party special. At all times we felt very special.

“Best Day Eva!!
Amber and I got married on August 31st 2019 and it couldn’t of been a more amazing day!! Karlene and her team were nothing but spectacular when it came to making all of our wedding dreams come true. We held our ceremony at the outdoor site. The site is surrounded by lush greenery, tall cedar trees and views of the mountains/Fraser Valley which gave off a secluded and intimate feeling for us and our guests as we said our “I do’s”. The reception was held in the free standing steel structure named “The Pavilion”. The interior of the pavilion is out of a fairy tale: chandeliers, white linen drapery and large windows facing the mountains surrounding Chilliwack. The food was also pretty great might I add, Danny is the man!!! p.s get the mushroom ravioli cause it’s to die for!! Karlene is one of the best reasons to book your wedding at The Falls. She is very organized, punctual, understanding, flexible and professional. To expand on the flexibility aspect, it seemed like whatever idea we had, no matter how crazy aka “The Greenery Wall”, she was always on board and just as excited as we were.”
