A Private Residence Club

Phase 1 of Deercrest Private Residence Club has been completed, with 10 resort villas perched above our first fairway. These resort townhouses are terraced fairway properties along the first hole, offering stunning views of the golf course, mountains and valley. There are several custom plans in the renowned Frank Lloyd Wright craftsman style to compliment the spectacular natural landscape.

With dramatic 10 foot ceilings in the great rooms and contemporary crown moldings, these resort townhouses offer the finest of luxurious interiors. Each unit comes equipped with gourmet kitchens, complete with custom cabinetry including natural wood finishes, convenient cookware drawers, and five built in stainless steel appliances.

Owners of these resort villas have the ability to rent their villa out on a nightly basis.
