Extreme sports? Quiet walks in the forest? Swimming? Fishing? There's something for everyone just minutes away. Try out the nature trails, horseback riding, natural hot springs and downhill skiing. Nearby, there are numerous lakes and rivers for swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, water skiing, jet-skiing and whitewater rafting.

Cultus Lake Provincial Park, one of Greater Vancouver?s top recreational areas, is only 20 minutes away. There are four campgrounds within this park plus a large day-use area for picnicking and boating. Immediately adjacent to the park are a number of recreational facilities ranging from an incredible water park, go-cart rentals, and a Par 3 Golf Course.

Choose from limitless hiking trails offering amazing vistas of glacier lakes, meadows of wild flowers and rugged peaks. The sweeping views from magnificent Mount Cheam reach all the way to the Pacific Ocean and Vancouver City.

Chilliwack boasts excellent sport fishing for record sturgeon, salmon, steelhead and trout. World-class fishing is only minutes away on the Vedder and Fraser Rivers. In fact, the Fraser River has one of the largest populations of sturgeon in the world. Fins and Skins ranked The Falls in the top 100 Golf and Fishing destinations in the world.
